Hola si el archivo es para impresion offset o similar trabaja en la medida real de impresion a 300 dpi y trata de usar objetos inteligentes y formas vectoriales para que puedas agrandar y/o achicar cuando lo nesecites sin que se pixelee, guardalo como tiff en capas con compresion LZW para que pese menos y al mismo tiempo sea editable, si pesa mucho guardas una copia razterizada( sin capas) para que a la hora del ripero no se cuelgue la maquina, lo mas recomendable seria que trabajes la parte de imagen en photoshop y luego lo vincules a un archivo de edicion y coloques lo textos ahi, luego lo guardas o exportas a formato pdf para su impresion con la opcion de pdf/x-1a:2001 el cual cumple la norma iso de impresion y es compatible desde el acrobat 4, por si es que la maquina en donde la veas no esta actualizada, el perfil de color que debes usar para las imagenes seria si es en modo rgb= adobe RGB(1998), y si es en modo cmyk= ISO coated v2(ECI) asi garantizaras que la salida de color sea similar a la que vez en pantalla eso si es que tu monitor esta calibrado , espero que te aya servido de algo, saludos
